On 26th, April, 2011, NLD General Secretary Daw Aung San Suu Kyi together with U Ohn Kyaing, head of Information Department and her chief of staff U Win Htein, met with Assistant Professor of the Department of Asian and International Studies of the City University of Hong Kong, at the headquarters of NLD. Dr. Kyaw Yin Hlaing offered his assistance in capacity building works for young people. Daw Aung San Suu Kyi generally accepted his offer and requested him to follow up with some responsible persons from NLD for capacity building works.
